1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement governing all use of the cea365 platform and the website cea365.cam. By registering on cea365 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Before a withdrawal request or at any time, cea365 may ask a user to submit a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-approved document for identity verification. If KYC is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. Providing a false age will be treated as fraudulent behaviour and the account will be cancelled immediately. Any deposits or winnings made by minors will not be refunded.

If online gaming is fully prohibited in a user's country or region, it is the user's own legal responsibility to use cea365 from there. It is each user's duty to check the laws of their own country.

4. Account Security

Each account holder is responsible for the security of their own account. The following points must be observed:

5. Financial Transactions

Deposit

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on cea365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Deposit transactions are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Funds deposited into the account must be sent only from a method registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cea365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on that offer's detail page.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000; ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳62,000.
• Wagering requirement: The combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they can only be used for betting.
• Winnings earned through bonuses can be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts is detected, the account will be cancelled.
• cea365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Restrictions on the use of bonuses in certain games may apply.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on cea365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• cea365 reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a technical issue occurs in a casino game, cea365 will check the technology logs and make a final decision.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

Cricket and Sports Betting

For all international and domestic cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC Championships, the official scorecard and result will be considered final.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on cea365 and may result in account cancellation:

• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any attempt to exploit the system.

13. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between cea365 and a user, the following process will be followed:

2. Step 2: The support team will review the issue and propose a resolution.
3. Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to cea365's senior management.

The decision of cea365's management in resolving a dispute will be considered final. The time limit for submitting a dispute is within 30 days of the relevant incident.

14. Changes to Terms

cea365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be given reasonable notice — through a notice published on the website or a message sent to their registered email.

If a user continues to use the platform after changes have been made, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
